Jak\u00e1 jsou tedy specifika?\tDPP\t\tRozsah pr\u00e1ce je hodinov\u011b omezen na 300 odpracovan\u00fdch hodin za rok, nen\u00ed ale nijak limitov\u00e1n t\u00fddenn\u00ed po\u010det odpracovan\u00fdch hodin.\t\tNeodv\u00e1d\u00ed se soci\u00e1ln\u00ed a zdravotn\u00ed poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed, pokud m\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u011b vyd\u011blan\u00e1 \u010d\u00e1stka nep\u0159es\u00e1hne 10\u00a0000 K\u010d. Vyplat\u00ed se ale i p\u0159i men\u0161\u00edm odpracovan\u00e9m objemu jako dlouhodob\u00e1 brig\u00e1da, p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm pro studenty.\t\u00a0\tDP\u010c\t\tRozsah pr\u00e1ce na dan\u00fd rok nen\u00ed jakkoliv omezen, m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt tedy i v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed, ne\u017e 300 hodin.\t\tCo naopak omezeno je, je doba odpracovan\u00e1 za t\u00fdden. Ta nesm\u00ed v\u00a0pr\u016fm\u011bru p\u0159ekro\u010dit polovinu standardn\u00edho \u00favazku, tedy 20 hodin. \t\tOp\u011bt plat\u00ed povinnost uzav\u0159\u00edt ji \u00fastn\u011b. V\u00a0dohod\u011b nav\u00edc nesm\u00ed chyb\u011bt sjednan\u00e1 pracovn\u00ed doba a obdob\u00ed, na kter\u00e9 je uzav\u0159ena.\t\tZru\u0161it se d\u00e1 p\u0159i dohod\u011b obou stran kdykoliv. Pokud se jedn\u00e1 o jednostrannou v\u00fdpov\u011b\u010f, nastupuje v\u00fdpov\u011bdn\u00ed lh\u016fta 15 dn\u00ed, pokud je pod\u00e1na bez uveden\u00ed d\u016fvodu. S\u00a0jak\u00fdmkoli od\u016fvodn\u011bn\u00edm se pak ru\u0161\u00ed s\u00a0okam\u017eitou platnost\u00ed.\t\tOd roku 2014 je zda\u0148ov\u00e1na stejn\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem, jako pracovn\u00ed pom\u011br. To znamen\u00e1, \u017ee zam\u011bstnavatel m\u00e1 povinnost ka\u017ed\u00fd m\u011bs\u00edc odv\u00e9st z\u00e1lohovou da\u0148.
